Standard shipping takes approximately 5 to 10 business days from 12 noon PST on the date your order is entered into our system. Please note: order processing takes place from Monday through Friday.
What about exchanges and refunds?
We will happily exchange or refund unopened and unused products.
You will need to pay for return shipping to butter LONDON. We will pay for the reshipping of your exchanged products. Alternatively, we will gladly refund product costs (excluding shipping charges) upon receipt of your returned products. Please also email admin@butterlondon.com to let us know your wishes!
How do I make an International order?
We are now accepting international orders. Please change your country flag in the upper right corner of our home page to the Union Jack flag for the UK and order away! We are delighted to have you as our client!
